What is the difference between an attorney and a notary?
A notary is an attorney with at least ten years of experience, licensed by the Ministry of Justice to authenticate, certify and draft documents that carry special evidentiary weight — in Israel and before authorities abroad. Our office provides both types of service under one roof.
Which documents should I bring for a notarial certification?
In most cases you will need a valid ID card or passport, together with the original document in question. Requirements vary by the type of certification, so we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm exactly what to bring.
Do you also work with clients outside Jerusalem?
Yes. Most of our work is in Jerusalem and the surrounding area, but we accompany clients from all over Israel, and some matters can be handled remotely.
